Payment and process

  1. The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
  2. Payments are normally requested through PayPal invoices.
  3. Any costs of art commissions must be paid in full before designing and sketching can begin.
  4. After a design and first sketch are approved by you, the commissioner, the design of the commission is "locked".
  5. Further requests to change a locked design may be denied or incur additional costs.
  6. The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time and for any reason. If the artist cancels a commission, you will be issued a full refund.
  7. The artist makes no guarantees about the completion time of a commission. You have the right to request work-in-progress images and status updates from the aritst.

Refunds

  1. Partial or full refunds may be issued if you cancel the commission before its design is locked.
  2. Commissions with a locked design cannot be refunded.
  3. Commissions canceled by the artist will be refunded in full.

Usage and rights

  1. You should credit the artist when sharing their work.
  2. You may never use the artist's work in a way that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
  3. You may never use the artist's work for commercial purposes without their written consent.
  4. You may never use the artist's work for any use in machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
  5. You may never use the artist's work for any use in NFTs or other blockchain-related assets.
  6. You may never modify or edit the artist's work without their written consent.
  7. You may never claim the artist's work as your own or insinuate that it is your own work.
  8. The artist reserves the right to use your commission in their portfolio and for promotional purposes.
